Our founder Dr. Desh Bandhu Gupta was highly committed to giving back to the underprivileged and firmly believed that by doing selfiess service to the needy and poorest of the poor, one can achieve the highest purpose of life. Imbibing this vision, Dr. Desh Bandhu Gupta established an autonomous foundation dedicated to rural development, The Lupin Human Welfare and Research Foundation (LHWRF).

The Lupin Human Welfare and Research Foundation (LHWRF), the CSR entity of Lupin Limited, was founded In 1988 in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, to engage with local communities to address their concerns and identity synergistic opportunities for livelihood creation. The Foundation operates through 20 local centers and actively works toward fostering an economic ecosystem that enables the upliftment of the underprivileged.
